Beth Costner is the firm’s Litigation Manager, overseeing all aspects of the litigation teams. Beth brings deep litigation management experience and played key roles on over 50 cases and over 15 trials nationwide. Beth is passionate about project management systems and finding new technology and software for her teams.

Beth previously worked for over fifteen years at Bartlit Beck LLP as a Senior Conflicts Advisor and Litigation Paralegal. While at Bartlit Beck, she worked on a variety of complex matters including mass torts, product liability, intellectual property, and contract disputes. Beth was instrumental in leading the firm towards new technology and organizational methods. She also provided conflicts analysis for the firm’s potential new clients and matters.
