Beth Costner is the firm’s Litigation Director, overseeing all aspects of the litigation teams. Beth brings deep litigation management experience and has played key roles on more than 50 cases and 20 trials nationwide. Beth is passionate about project management systems and finding new technology and software for her teams.

Beth previously worked for over fifteen years at Bartlit Beck LLP as a Senior Conflicts Advisor and Litigation Paralegal. While at Bartlit Beck, she worked on a variety of complex matters including mass torts, product liability, intellectual property, and contract disputes. Beth was instrumental in leading the firm towards new technology and organizational methods. She also provided conflicts analysis for the firm’s potential new clients and matters.

Beth graduated in 2008 from Syracuse University College of Law, where she served on the International Journal of Law & Commerce and helped launch Impunity Watch in 2007, a website founded by retired Professor David Crane, founding Chief Prosecutor of the Special Court for Sierra Leone. Prior to law school, Beth graduated magna cum laude from University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in international relations.
