Allison Shillingford is a paralegal with experience in civil, commercial, and employment litigation in state and federal courts. She assists with all stages of litigation, helping ensure matters progress efficiently from inception through resolution. Her background encompasses legal drafting, discovery management, document production, deposition and trial preparation, and litigation case management. She has also held legal positions at law firms in Colorado and New York.
Prior to joining Olson Grimsley, Allison worked as a paralegal at Davis & Ceriani, P.C., where she handled a broad range of responsibilities across complex litigation matters. For more than five months, she served as the firm’s sole paralegal, successfully managing the demands of the firm’s caseload and coordinating critical aspects of active litigation. This role strengthened her ability to prioritize competing demands, anticipate case needs, identify potential conflicts, and maintain an organized and proactive approach in fast-paced litigation environments.
Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Legal Studies from Suffolk University in 2019, graduating magna cum laude. She is a member of Sigma Alpha Pi, the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, and Lambda Epsilon Chi, the national honor society for paralegal and legal assistant studies.
