Our team brings over 100 years of experience in private practice and public service, on both the plaintiff and defense side, representing clients in some of the most significant civil rights, antitrust, mass tort, consumer rights, and intellectual property matters of the past 20 years. Our team members have:

• tried civil and criminal cases to judgment in 15 states;

• argued 19 cases in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Colorado Supreme Court, the US Courts of Appeals, and state courts of appeals;

• recovered over two billion dollars for our clients;

• served as Solicitor General for the State of Colorado securing landmark settlements with the opioid industry and the Catholic Church;

• served as one of the lead investigators for the BP Oil Spill Commission’s investigation into the root cause of the Deepwater Horizon disaster;

• led the Colorado Attorney General’s consumer fraud unit returning millions of dollars to Colorado consumers;

• served as General Counsel of a billion-dollar startup in Denver and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association in D.C.;

• served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender representing indigent criminal defendants in Washington, D.C.;

• clerked for three U.S. Supreme Court Justices, four U.S. Court of Appeals judges, three U.S. District Court judges, and two Colorado Supreme Court Justices; and

• served on the Boards of Colorado State University System, Colorado Legal Services, Asian Americans Advancing Justice – D.C., Colorado Lawyers Committee, Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado, the Heyburn Initiative for Excellence in the Federal Judiciary, and Minds Matter Colorado.
