Before joining Olson Grimsley, Noah presented oral arguments in the Second and Eleventh Circuits. In the Second Circuit, Noah convinced the court that the Board of Immigration Appeals erred in denying his client relief under an international treaty that protects individuals fleeing torture. He also assisted a trial team in securing a not guilty verdict in the District of Colorado as a full-time intern with the Office of the Federal Public Defender.
Noah graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. After graduation, Noah clerked for Justice William W. Hood III of the Colorado Supreme Court and Judge Veronica S. Rossman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Before law school, Noah completed the pre-med curriculum at Fordham University, graduating with a B.S. in General Science and a minor in Information Science. He also competed as an NCAA Division I wide receiver. After college, Noah worked as a business analyst for one of Atlanta’s fastest growing fintech companies.
Noah is also involved in his local church. He enjoys volunteering with the church youth group and playing bass guitar and drums on Sunday mornings.
