Olson Grimsley Expands Litigation Team with 3 New Attorneys

New hires strengthen firm’s trial and appellate litigation capabilities

DENVER - Olson Grimsley expands its groundbreaking litigation team with the addition of three exceptional new attorneys in 2025.

Bianca Miyata, Meredith Wheeler, and Noah Nix are talented trial and appellate litigators who join the firm as associates.

Bianca, an accomplished litigator and appellate attorney, brings a wealth of experience from a career in public service. She served as a senior assistant attorney general in the Consumer Fraud Unit of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, where she co-led a 35-state coalition suing tech giant Meta, alleging its social media platforms harmed young users. Before that, she represented the Colorado Department of Human Services, protecting children and families in cases ranging from state trial court to the U.S. Supreme Court. Bianca graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and Lewis and Clark College. She clerked for several judges, including Judge Gale Miller of the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Meredith brings significant courtroom experience to the firm, having spent her first two and a half years after law school as a public defender in Douglas County, Colo., where she tried 11 cases to verdict. Prior to joining the firm, she also clerked for Judge Jennifer Sung of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Meredith graduated from Yale Law School and Stanford University. As a Rhodes Scholar, she earned a Master of Philosophy degree in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from Oxford University.

Noah brings a strong appellate background, having recently completed clerkships for Justice William W. Hood III of the Colorado Supreme Court and Judge Veronica S. Rossman of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He graduated third in his class at the University of Georgia School of Law, where he presented oral arguments at the 2nd and 11th circuits. Noah competed as an NCAA Division I wide receiver for Fordham University. He then worked as a business analyst before starting law school.

“We are thrilled to welcome Bianca, Meredith and Noah to the firm,” said firm hiring partner Abigail Hinchcliff. “Each of them brings an exceptional background, and their experiences will be tremendous assets to our team and clients.”
