Litigation Paralegal Opportunity
Olson Grimsley Kawanabe Hinchcliff & Murray LLC is seeking a full-time civil litigation paralegal with 5-7+ years’ experience handling both state and federal cases.

Desired Skills
5-7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal handling both federal and state cases
Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures
Excellent research, writing, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, iManage, Relativity, Disco, and Everlaw
Proficiency in trial presentation software like OnCue
This position is based in our Denver office and is not suitable for a candidate seeking full-time remote work. Case-related travel is required, including potentially lengthy trial-related travel, as Olson Grimsley litigates cases all over the country.
Responsibilities:
Draft, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Ensure compliance with federal and state rules of procedure
Performs authority and fact cite-checking, confirms case quotes, and proofreads briefs and other legal documents
Willingness to travel and work off-site for extended periods during trial, as required
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court staff
Manage evidence and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial
Maintain organized case records and calendars
Coordinate and track the exchange of documents and productions with opposing parties
Compensation & Benefits:
$90K - $115K annually, depending on experience, with bonus potential. We offer a 401K match, generous health insurance plans, paid time off, paid parental leave, and a travel stipend for extended time away from home, including for trial.
